BRIDGE SAWS

Prussiani Engineering offer bridge saws for all markets. We have the entry level Italia through to the fully automatic Champion Bridge saw cutting line.

CNC MACHINING CENTRES

Prussiani Engineering offer a CNC for every factory. From three axis CNC machines to five. Fully customisable with  shuttle tables and varying bed sizes. Theres a CNC to match your requirement. All CNC machining centres come equipped with Prussiani Engineerings fully mechanical spindle generating 66Nm of torque.

WATERJET

Prussiani Engineering offer both a three axis waterjet and a five axis waterjet. All of our waterjets are powered by KMT high pressure solutions. Waterjets give you the ability to cut brittle material like ceramics accurately without damage.

CUT AND JET

Prussiani Engineerings Cut and Jet is a Bridge saw combined with a waterjet into one monoblock machine. Perfect for a customer with factory space constraints the cut and jet provides the best of both world.

BOWL CUT OUT MACHINES

This machine is designed for cutting out bowls and polishing the undermounts. It offers easy machine set up and is simple to use. This machine has a small footprint but is a factory workhorse.

WATER RECYCLING AND TREATMENT

At Machine Works we offer GM water recycling systems. These units are 100 percent manufactured in NZ. Capable of recycling upto 450L/min of dirty water and bagging the mud automatically this system will help your factory comply with all of your local council water regulations.

EDGE POLISHING

Bovone machines offer a range of edge polishing and mitre grinding solutions. We offer a flat edge polishing machine, a flat and round edge polishing machine and machines capable of grinding your 45degree mitres.
